Return & Refund Policy


At Eyecart.in, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand the importance of eyewear, and we’re here to help if something isn't right with your order. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  2. The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  3. You initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Custom prescription lenses (once fitted)
  2. Used or trial-worn contact lenses
  3. Opened lens solution or accessories
  4. Items returned without original invoice, box, or tampered packaging
  5. Orders placed under promotional sale or clearance

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@eyecart.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9987870511 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and share photos (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return shipping.
  4. Ensure the product is securely packed for return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  2. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after verifying your account details.
  3. Shipping or COD fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacements

  1. If you received a defective or wrong item, you could opt for a free replacement instead of a refund.
  2. Replacement depends on product availability.
  3. The Warranty is limited and doesn’t include product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering, loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product

6. Order Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  2. Once shipped, the cancellation will fall under our regular return process.

7. Important Notes

  1. Eyecart.in reserves the right to reject a return/refund request if it doesn’t meet our policy criteria.
  2. In case of disputes, our decision will be final and binding.
