At Eyecart.in, we are committed to delivering your optical products — including spectacles, sunglasses, contact lenses, and prescription eyewear — to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders with custom prescription lenses may take an additional 2–4 working days for processing.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (for metro and major cities)
- Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A nominal charge of ₹50 may apply to orders below ₹499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges: ₹50 (if applicable).
4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries across India.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can also log in to your Eyecart.in account to track the shipment.
6. Delays or Issues
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Natural calamities
- Courier delays
- Address errors or incomplete details
In such cases, our customer care team will keep you informed and assist you promptly.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
